Data boundaries
Proposed requirement: do not place customer data or non-public materials into a generative AI system without written approval. Define permitted tools, data classes, retention, and review responsibilities.
Human oversight
Proposed requirement: a person reviews AI-assisted code, content, and translations. AI does not approve publication, acceptance, price, schedule, or a compliance claim.
Verification
Proposed requirement: use specifications, automated tests, independent review, and documented acceptance gates appropriate to the work. Agree thresholds rather than inventing a standard percentage.
