FAQ / Questions buyers ask
Clear answers before a commitment.
Licensing, ownership, controls, accessibility, and delivery. These answers describe our offered model and the limits of what this website asserts.
How does licensing work?
Our offered model has no per-seat license. Implementation, support, and hosting are agreed separately; fixed-price milestones are available. A proposal defines the scope and commercial terms.
Can our IT team take over hosting?
We offer a transition package with source, deployment artifacts, runbooks, a data dictionary, and a tested export. Hosting, permissions, third-party licenses, and acceptance criteria are agreed in the contract.
Are you SOC 2 certified or FedRAMP authorized?
No company SOC 2 certification or FedRAMP authorization is claimed. SOC 2 readiness is a planned path. Architectures can be designed to run on FedRAMP-authorized services where required; that does not authorize the application or Conduit.
What accessibility evidence can we request?
WCAG 2.1 AA is an offered acceptance target. Accessibility testing and any VPAT/ACR deliverable must be agreed in scope. A published company VPAT is not claimed.
Who owns the data and source?
Customer ownership, export rights, source transfer, and third-party dependencies should be explicit in the agreement. We offer an exit-ready handoff and an export test before transition.
What support response times do you offer?
Support scope, P1–P4 severity definitions, intake coverage, response targets, availability targets, and recovery objectives are agreed per contract. This website does not promise a universal response time or uptime guarantee.
Can the system work offline?
For appropriate operations workflows, we propose a PWA with bounded local storage and supervised sync. Offline tasks, device security, conflict handling, and recovery must be defined and tested for the engagement.
What can staff configure themselves?
Depending on scope, authorized staff can manage forms, statuses, templates, reference data, localization, and publishing workflows. Changes to security boundaries and application behavior still require engineering review.
How long will delivery take?
A discovery phase establishes scope, dependencies, milestones, and acceptance criteria. Timing is proposed for the specific engagement; no planning range on this website is a delivery guarantee.
How do you use AI?
The published AI-assisted delivery standard is a proposed contract baseline pending owner confirmation. Customer data permissions, human review, and testing must be agreed before use. Site search runs on the visitor's device and returns source links; it does not generate advice.
Do these reference architectures represent awarded contracts?
No. Reference architectures describe proposed designs and targets. They are separate from the principal's enterprise engagements and products Conduit built.
How can a public-sector buyer engage Conduit?
Contact us with the solicitation or procurement context. We can discuss direct engagement where permitted and competitive RFP/RFI responses. No GSA schedule, cooperative vehicle, or state schedule is claimed; the buyer determines the applicable procurement route.
