Target and limitations
WCAG 2.1 AA is the target for this website and an offered acceptance target for scoped software engagements. A target does not establish full conformance. This statement does not claim a published VPAT, a completed independent assessment, or testing with disabled users.
Using the website
Use the skip link to reach the main content. Navigation and contact fields have text labels and visible focus states. Reduced-motion preferences select a still hero image. Search has a keyword path when local semantic processing is unavailable.
