This website describes offerings and experience. A signed agreement defines any engagement.

Informational content

Reference architectures, design targets, checklists, and proposed standards are informational materials. They do not constitute an award, a certification, a delivery guarantee, or a binding proposal. Principal enterprise engagements are separate from work contracted to Conduit 512 Inc.

Engagement terms

Scope, price, schedule, licensing, data ownership, hosting, assurance deliverables, support, and transition responsibilities are agreed in the applicable contract. General website copy does not amend that agreement.

Permitted use

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or submit malicious content. Contact Conduit before using company branding or materials in a way that suggests endorsement or a relationship.
